You can't fail to notice how light and spacious the lounge is in our stunning holiday home. Thoughfully designed with entertaining and relaxtion in mind. The 43 inch smart TV has a DVD player and ample choice of DVD's to suit all ages, multiple USB sockets to keep those gadgets fully charged and unlimited WiFi free for our guests to use download speeds subject to third party supplier .

The open-plan layout of the dining, kitchen and living area complete with a comfy L shaped sofa and a breakfast bar ensures there's plenty of space for all the family.

The home from home kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster along with all the necessary pots and pans should you wish to cook. We also ensure the van has a selection of takeaway menu's which deliver to the van for those that don't.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite which consists of a sink and hand basin.

There's a further 2 bedrooms both have twin beds and a single wardrobe together with central heating and plug sockets.

The bathroom is light and airy and comprises of a single sink basin, toilet, mirrored cabinet, central heating and a shower.

The lounge has a sofa bed available on request for £25 per person

Out of the van we have a large decking area that ensures our guests can enjoy the views on the seating provided, a round hot tub which seats 6 is provided for our guests use and we would ask that you ensure you use to the guidelines as per the booking conditions and the lid is replaced after every use. The view from the hot tub is of the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and is simply stunning.

Tattershall Lakes is situated next to RAF Coningsby so please expect to see and hear some amazing aircraft in the skies over the park whilst our airforce practice to keep us safe.

Should the guest wish to use the parks ample entertainment please be aware you will need to purchase a pass which isn't included in the price, these vary from £95 to £295 depending on the dates covering all the occupants of the van.

The caravan has a large decking overlooking the Castle Lake, complete with cube seating for 8 people and a sunken private hot tub
There’s parking for maximum 2 cars
At the Lakeside you'll find the BBQ and additional seating in the wooden area which leads directly to the lake.
